Please note this enquiry form is for Cottingham Scout Group ONLY. There may be a closer group to you (even if you live in Cottingham) which you may want to enquire with too. To find your closest group, head to the group finder on The Scouts website.
What happens next?
Once you have submitted your details onto our waiting list, our Lead Volunteer is notified. Our volunteers will then review our waiting list when spaces become available in our sections. It is likely you won’t hear anything from us until a place is available.

What is the Waiting List?
The fairest way we can offer our fun and adventure is by holding a waiting list. When a space become available our volunteers will select the next suitable person off the list, this is generally done in order of length of time on the list although some other factors may be used such as being the child of a volunteer. We can never estimate how long the wait time is on the list as it can vary based on age and how quickly places become available. We can never guarantee a place in one of our sections, and being on the waiting list is never a guarantee.
